Back-of-house cleaner • Marte, Borno State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Marte, Borno State. You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. ₦950 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
