Oven operator wanted in Kukawa

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Kukawa, Borno State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Pay around ₦10,000 per day, based on your experience.
