Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Hamilton County, Tennessee. You will work in a hospital or office canteen. You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
