Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Montgomery County, Ohio. You will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
