We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Allen County, Ohio. Your main tasks: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
