Great opportunity: we are hiring a prep cook in Washington County, Oklahoma. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits.
