Now hiring: we are hiring a prep cook in Ness County, Kansas. You will work at a fast-food outlet. You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
