We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC window fitter in McHenry County, Illinois. You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) The role involves: • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Rout lock and hardware pockets with the copy router • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
