Meat cutter wanted in Kauru

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Kauru, Kaduna State. You will work at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Requirements: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain We offer ₦850 per hour plus benefits.
