Great opportunity: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Collin County, Texas. You will work at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges On the job you will handle: • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication Part-time with flexible hours.
