Formwork carpenter • Teungo, Adamawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Teungo, Adamawa State. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing The role involves: • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured 6+ years on the tools preferred.
