On a typical shift you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
