Short order cook wanted in Pershing County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Pershing County, Nevada. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
