Immediate opening: powder coating operator (Texas)

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Young County, Texas. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. On the job you will handle: • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
