On the job you will handle: • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Pay around $18 per hour, based on your experience.
