Now hiring: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Misau, Bauchi State. You will be based at a banquet hall. The role involves polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; check back during the meal and handle special requests; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
