Chef de partie wanted in Aguata

Now hiring: we are hiring a chef de partie in Aguata, Anambra State. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
