Bread baker wanted in Solihull

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Solihull, England. You will work in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
