Join our team: we are hiring a butcher in Etsako East, Edo. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
