Urgent requirement: we are hiring a finishing presser in Dane County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory On a typical shift you will check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
