Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Irepo, Oyo State. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day-to-day duties: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds 2+ years on the tools preferred.
