Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Red Willow County, Nebraska. You will work at a cake shop. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On a typical shift you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
