Scullery hand — Panna

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Panna, Madhya Pradesh. On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures We are looking for willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts; good teamwork with chefs and floor staff. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
