Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Box Elder County, Utah. You will work in a supermarket meat department. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • 2+ years experience working as a butcher The role involves: • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Part-time with flexible hours.
