Overhead (EOT) crane operator wanted in New Castle County

Join our team: we are hiring an overhead (EOT) crane operator in New Castle County, Delaware. You will be based in a steel fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Current medical and eyesight certificate On a typical shift you will work out the load weight and the lifting radius; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
