Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Ottawa County, Oklahoma. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves: • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
