We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in San Augustine County, Texas. You will work at a halal meat counter. You will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
