Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Knox County, Ohio. The job is in a hospital or office canteen. On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare the mise en place before each service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
