Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwasher in Wayne County, Illinois. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls.
