Immediate opening: shuttering carpenter (Vermont)

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Addison County, Vermont. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Good eye for detail and a clean finish The role involves measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
