Bench joiner — Dawakin Kudu

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bench joiner in Dawakin Kudu, Kano State. You will be based on a commercial fit-out site. Requirements: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent Your main tasks: • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet Part-time with flexible hours.
