Vacancy available: we are hiring a head butcher in Jos North, Plateau State. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On the job you will handle: • Season and marinate meat on request • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
