Meat cutter wanted in Onitsha North

Join our team: we are hiring a meat cutter in Onitsha North, Anambra State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
