Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Dima Hasao District, Assam. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight We are looking for familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens; able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen; able to work early-morning and night shifts.
