Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Agege, Lagos State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down.
