The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights What we are looking for: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Full-time, day shift.
