Immediate opening: we are hiring a fry cook in Tamulpur, Assam. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
