We are recruiting: punch press operator (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a punch press operator in Clayton County, Georgia. You will work on the press shop floor. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges Your main tasks: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area Rotating shifts.
