Port container crane operator wanted in Modoc County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a port container crane operator in Modoc County, California. You should have: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Strong attention to safety and load limits • A good head for heights for tower crane work On a typical shift you will set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
