Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Day-to-day duties: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
