Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Baca County, Colorado. Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages On a typical shift you will follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left. 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
