Heavy equipment operator — Marshall County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Marshall County, Minnesota. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. Day to day you will carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control 4+ years on the tools preferred. $7,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
