The role involves: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics ₦285,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
