Now hiring: we are hiring a moulder in Baghpat, Uttar Pradesh. You will work in the melting bay of a steel foundry. Your main tasks: • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring You should bring basic grinding and fettling skills; understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₹20,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
