Immediate opening: canteen cook (Kaduna State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Chikun, Kaduna State. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha 1+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer ₦165,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
