Oven operator wanted in Phillips County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an oven operator in Phillips County, Kansas. You will work in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
