Day to day you will take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
