Tracked excavator operator • Hill County, Texas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tracked excavator operator in Hill County, Texas. The job is in an open-cast quarry. Requirements: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Day to day you will inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
