Join our team: we are hiring a cook in Mainpuri, Uttar Pradesh. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. ₹32,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
