Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. On the job you will handle: • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking 3+ years on the tools preferred.
